Spotted on the net, Brew is mentioned to have a tasty breakfast with a signature chorizo folded eggs. Craving a tasty breakfast, I walk up early in this calm and cold Sunday morning of January and went straight for some enjoyment.

Brew has breakfast, lunch and desserts with some Turkish specialties here and there. Breakfast has 20 different choices. Eggs of all kinds, Benedict and florentine, the famous chorizo, pancakes, toasted croissants, pan-fried mushrooms and smokey Boston beans among others.

It's a small place a bit far from central London on 45 Northcote Rd, Clapham Junction. Couple tables outside and a rectangular cozy place inside with a bar at the end. Wood is everywhere, warm and homey, a long bench of green leather and light bulbs pending from the ceiling. White m wooden chairs surround those light wood tables. Loved the place specially for a Sunday breakfast.

We ordered two kinds of eggs, the pancakes and a croissant. Coffee is served in red mugs, a napkin, cutlery, salt and pepper mills and brown sugar.

The chorizo folded eggs are awesome. Two sourdough bread on which is laid a mountain of scrambled eggs with sliced chorizo. A light orange color with those chorizo chunks to add flavor and enjoyment. The plate is simply eye candy.

The eggs Benedict are simple and presented in a classy way. The sourdough toasts, thick ham and two poached eggs with the vinegar based hills daisy sauce. Just add some salt and pepper for more enjoyment.

Buttery croissant with a light flakiness, melted Gruyere cheese, thick ham and some tomatoes. Delicious but without the tomatoes; my mistake.

Lovely bread, thick and intense, premium ham, well cooked eggs, a beautiful decoration, a fresh ambiance, soothing music, a welcoming staff... Loved everything here!

Now the blueberry pancakes. They are awesome! Really awesome!

One of the best pancakes I ever had have more than simple fluffiness to them. They are served extremely hot, three layers of them stuffed with bananas in the middle and creme fraiche on the side. Whole blueberries mixed with the pancake dough add this finesse I never experienced before. A light crunch, a light sweetness, the bananas that are cooked in advance and the rich thick cream with the maple syrup that has a light sweetness without over doing it. The best pancakes I ever had are in London. A must try!
