Inday has blended the Chipotle bowl concept with Indian cuisine. Instead of choosing Mexican food, you have a choice of Indian inspired well spiced items. Located on 26th street behind black doors, Inday looks like a fine dining restaurant. An open kitchen, a wide spacious place with a few tables and one long communal one.

Choose your base, two vegetables, one protein and add lentil chips to your mix.

Indian cuisine is rooted in the belief that food should provide nourishment for your body and balance for your life. INDAY is born from this tradition: a place where you don't have to decide between eating delicious, exciting food and eating mindful, nutritious food.

"We are proud to be 100% gluten free, serve antibiotic-free meats, local vegetables and organic beverages. Our meals are light, bright and made fresh daily in our open kitchen."

The food is good, not your average flavors, not the explosive Mexican mess but unique ingredients including juicy chicken, sweet potatoes, Basmati rice or cooked chickpeas. Every item is cooked with passion while offering special Indian traditions.

Juicy chicken, intensely black and tasty eggplants, crunchy carrots and superb lentil chips. Exotic flavors different from all the other "Bowls" concepts. Inday is interesting.

Good food, but a bit too complicated for an everyday meal. It's not something I would want to come back for. But I would recommend you try it.
