Together they gave birth to one of the world’s few -not to say sole- Caviar Macarons. This creation is made of caviar -the world’s most expensive food- and a touch of green walnuts. In the mouth, caviar notes appear with hints of salt giving way to aromas of dry fruits caressing your palate with subtle sweetness.
