If you're a Hello Kitty fan then this new restaurant is for you... You can now dine in the world’s first Chinese restaurant inspired by the world's favorite cat, in Hong Kong.
Restaurant owner Man Kwong experimented with hundreds of different dim sum dishes before getting the approval of Sanrio executives for the final menu, which now consists of 37 items ranging from stir-fried beef, noodles, and fresh shrimp buns, made from all-natural ingredients — for example, the flour bow is colored with beetroot juice, her eyes are dotted with squid ink, and the bun skin made with high-quality flour.
The restaurant will officially open on June 1, 2015.
