SkyTeam Launches Online Round the World Booking Tool

Easy-to-book, multi-airline itineraries to 1,024 global destinations in a matter of clicks

SkyTeam Tailfin SkyTeam, the global airline alliance, has launched an online booking tool for customers wishing to book a Go Round the World pass on any of its 19 member airlines.  Available on Skyteam.com, the intuitive tool offers customers a seamless planning and booking experience with cost-effective fares and access to 1,024 destinations worldwide. The SkyTeam Round the World booking tool is available via laptop, desktop computers as well as tablet devices. The tool offers flexibility, with a choice from a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 15 stops. There are four fare levels, ranging from 26,000 to 38,000 miles, automatically calculated by the tool upon creation of an itinerary. “The booking tool has been designed to simplify even the most complex itinerary, providing convenience and a pleasant, efficient experience for our passengers,” said Mauro Oretti, SkyTeam’s vice president sales & marketing. “Our network includes many hidden gems, offering customers the chance to circumnavigate the globe; exploring some lesser known destinations for a truly unique Round the World tour.” The SkyTeam network includes several unique destinations plus a number of exciting routes not offered by other airline alliances. These include non-stop services between Latin America and Asia, Korea to Africa, among many other services that only SkyTeam airlines provide. SkyTeam provides the ideal network to explore 148 destinations in Greater China, as well as Russia, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Globetrotters flying -Down Under- can travel on any of the nine airlines that serve Australia and New Zealand.
