Over the past two months, Anthony Rahayel, founder of NoGarlicNoOnions, has embarked on an extensive journey across Lebanon, traveling from village to village, to document people, food, traditions, and untold stories. Through Mechwar Bel Wadi episodes, YouTube documentaries, Shorts, Instagram reels, and daily social media content, the mission stayed the same: showcase the authentic Lebanon rarely seen in headlines. Each road led to a new discovery. From mountain villages to coastal towns, from family bakeries to century-old restaurants, every stop reminded us that Lebanon’s greatest treasure is its people. The adventure wasn’t limited to food. Historic streets, breathtaking landscapes, ancient landmarks, family businesses, and traditional crafts all became part of this living story. As the summer comes to a close, the journey continues. Because Lebanon is not a destination, it’s an endless collection of stories waiting to be told.
