Live, Fresh, Spectacular: Kiku Presents a Live Tuna Carving Experience on 6 February

On 6 February, Kiku at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre invites guests to witness the artistry of Japanese cuisine through a live tuna carving showcase led by Head Chef Yoshiyuki Seno. Beginning at 7:00 PM, an imported whole Bluefin tuna will be expertly carved before guests’ eyes, with each precise cut transformed into exceptional sashimi and sushi creations.

This immersive dining experience honors centuries-old Japanese culinary craftsmanship, blending technical precision, premium ingredients, and a vibrant atmosphere. Guests are invited to savor freshly prepared Bluefin tuna dishes while observing a time-honored ritual that captures the true essence of Japanese cuisine.

With over 27 years of culinary mastery, Chef Yoshiyuki Seno brings extensive expertise in Teppanyaki, Sushi, and Kaiseki. His distinguished career includes leading renowned kitchens in Japan and luxury five-star hotels, most recently as Head Chef at YUMEYAMA, Grand Hyatt Jeju, and previously at IRODORI, Hyatt Regency Osaka, where he oversaw high-profile culinary operations, including the G20 Osaka Summit.

Chef Seno’s dedication to excellence, authenticity, and creativity continues to elevate Kiku’s dining experience, offering guests a truly memorable and refined culinary moment.
