Let’s go straight to the point... I enjoy this burger, I love the vibes at Burger Bros., and I love the owners, Mazen and Firas. I’ve been here several times already, coming back every other time on my way from the north. It’s much more than the burger; it’s how the burgers are handled and cooked with love.
I was back for a taste of happiness, the steak sub to start, grilled chicken with melted cheddar strips then the club burger. My favorite is the club burger, a very thick beef patty stuffed between two thin layers of pain-de-mie with fresh salad, mayo, melted cheese, ham and much love. I enjoyed the sandwiches loaded with sauce, the thick cheese patty, the soft bun and the details that make of every sandwich an experience.
You have to try the battered fried chicken burger! It’s even crunchier than fried fish, a huge burger loaded with a juicy chicken filet ready to be dipped in a side of cheddar. It’s a calorie bomb and deserves every bit of it.
The burger platter:
- I enjoyed the tenderness and freshness of the bread.
- The crispiness of the fries ready to be dipped in cheddar cheese.
- The crunchiness of the cabbage salad.
Do not! And I repeat... do not leave this place without trying their "Sweet Crave". The Burger Bros. Sweet Crave! A Nutella donut burger with strawberries and whipped cream alongside Lotus biscuits and Oreo. If there's one single photo that says a thousand words, it's this one below!
