Canard street or Ruelle Canard is a "street food destination" in Paris selling duck based burgers. Choose from two choices, the Magret or the leg confit. I ordered both with fries.
To tell you the truth, I didn’t like them. The canard is too fatty and lacks a certain texture. The bun is too chewy and the crunchiness of the lettuce inside the burger is unpleasant.
Not a place I’ll visit again.
