CarniStore, the leading homegrown online meat supplier, championing quality produce for both chefs and home cooks, has partnered with Moonrise, the acclaimed chef’s table located at Eden House on Al Wasl Road, for the first edition of Moonrise & Friends — a new collaborative dining series designed to bring the city together through food.
As Moonrise temporarily pauses its regular dining concept due to current circumstances, the team has chosen to transform the space into a platform for community-driven culinary collaborations, inviting friends from across the city to create experiences they would not normally explore.
The first chapter, Moonrise & Friends Volume 1, sees Moonrise teaming up with CarniStore to present a three-course dry-aged burger experience, showcasing premium beef developed in collaboration with CarniStore.
At the heart of the experience is the Moonrise Smash Burger, made with premium beef patties developed by CarniStore using a combination of carefully selected cuts including a 21+ day dry-aged Angus brisket, designed to deliver depth of flavour, richness and the perfect balance of texture. Served alongside indulgent sides and nostalgic finishes, the menu reflects Moonrise’s signature approach of elevating familiar dishes through precision and high quality ingredients.
For CarniStore, the collaboration reflects the brand’s long standing commitment to quality and its belief in the power of community, supporting the wider culinary ecosystem and many of the region’s leading restaurants.
“At CarniStore, we’ve always believed that food has the ability to bring people together, especially during moments that test us,” says Dan Wanies, Co-Founder of CarniStore. “Supporting this initiative with Moonrise felt incredibly natural for us. It’s about standing alongside our friends in the industry, creating something positive for the community, and reminding people that even in difficult times, there is comfort in gathering around good food.”
For Moonrise, the collaboration offered an opportunity to keep the spirit of the restaurant alive while opening its doors in a different way.
“At Moonrise we always begin with the ingredient, so partnering with CarniStore felt like a natural extension of our philosophy,” says Chef Solemann Haddad of Moonrise. “Beyond the quality of the beef, the idea behind the collaboration was to create something people can instinctively gravitate towards — comforting, familiar food that keeps the space warm and welcoming while bringing the community together around the table.”
The Moonrise & Friends Volume 1 experience will run from March 17 to March 31, with limited seating each evening from 5PM until late. Guests will enjoy the three-course dry-aged burger menu priced at AED 200 per person, with Perrier-Jouët champagne, cocktails, and mocktails available separately.
