Starting April 15, Chez Wam partners with CarniStore to introduce Steak Frites Nights, a new midweek dining concept spotlighting premium cuts and bold, honest flavours. Running every alternate Wednesday until June 2026, the series brings together CarniStore’s high quality meat with Chez Wam’s signature, laid back yet refined approach to dining.
Guests can choose from a curated selection of steak cuts, each served with green salad and French fries, alongside a choice of classic sauces.
Choice of Sauce:
• Peppercorn sauce
• Mustard cream & beef jus
• Béarnaise
Set against Chez Wam’s vibrant atmosphere, the evenings will be complemented by DJ led music, creating an easy, social dining experience that moves seamlessly from dinner into a lively night out.
