Furn Beaino Announces Dubai and Abu Dhabi Openings, Expands Partnership with Ambrosia Foods

Furn Beaino, the iconic Lebanese fast-casual brand founded in 1975, is accelerating its expansion in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with confirmed openings in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and an expanded strategic partnership with Ambrosia Foods.

Building on its successful entry into the UAE market in 2022, Furn Beaino is set to open a flagship dine-in location in Bay Square, Business Bay, alongside a new cloud kitchen in Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, strengthening its presence in two of the region’s most dynamic food and beverage markets. Additional cloud kitchens across the Emirates are planned through 2026 as part of a wider regional growth strategy.

The expansion is supported by an enhanced partnership with Ambrosia Foods, a regional platform backed by Pulsar Capital, known for scaling premium food concepts across the GCC. The collaboration enables Furn Beaino to accelerate market entry, optimize operations, and maintain the brand’s long-standing commitment to quality and consistency while expanding across multiple formats.

Founded by Toni Beaino in Jounieh, Lebanon, Furn Beaino has grown from a neighborhood bakery into one of the country’s most recognized culinary institutions, celebrated for its signature lahm baajin and manakish. Over nearly five decades, the brand has expanded its menu and operations while remaining anchored in its four founding pillars: Quality, Consistency, Passion, and Pride.

“Our openings in Dubai and Abu Dhabi represent a major milestone in Furn Beaino’s regional journey,” said Wissam Beaino, CEO of Furn Beaino. “Expanding our partnership with Ambrosia Foods allows us to scale responsibly, enter new markets faster, and deliver the same authentic experience our customers have trusted since 1975.”

Furn Beaino’s UAE operations have demonstrated strong momentum, achieving consistent revenue growth and maintaining high customer satisfaction across leading delivery platforms. The brand also upholds rigorous food safety standards, holding ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC 22000 certifications, making it the first furn in Lebanon to achieve this distinction.

Under the leadership of CEO Wissam Beaino, overseeing GCC expansion, and Co-CEO Samer El Beaino, leading Lebanon operations, Furn Beaino continues to position itself as a scalable, multi-market brand with ambitions to grow its footprint across the GCC over the coming years.
