In honour of Emirati Women’s Day, Bisou introduces an exclusive two-week dessert experience in collaboration with Ateeq, the perfume and beauty care brand founded by Emirati scent designer Moaza Al Suwaidi, notorious for her use of natural ingredients and heritage-rich oils like rose, musk, and oud. Known for her advocacy of natural beauty and the timeless wisdom of tradition, Al Suwaidi brings her artistic vision to this special creation, blending the worlds of gastronomy and fragrance into one elegant celebration.
Available from 28th August for two weeks only, the limited-edition dessert — Baklava with Pistachios and Raspberries — reimagines a local beloved classic with Bisou’s signature spin on it. Delicate layers of filo pastry enclose caramelised pistachios, with pistachio cream and ice cream, balanced with a raspberry sauce. Finished with the aroma of orange blossom and fresh citrus, the dessert represents a twist on Emirati tradition.
Priced at AED 85, the dessert is accompanied by a gift: each guest will receive a complimentary Kiss Candy and Raspberry-Rose Bon Bon from Bisou, inspired by the fragrance notes of Ateeq perfumes. In addition, Ateeq offers guests a sample of its bespoke perfume oil in the scent Warm Rose, made from natural ingredients and exclusively created for this collaboration in celebration of Emirati Women’s Day.
This collaboration between Bisou and Ateeq is a tribute to Emirati women through flavour and fragrance.
