Camelicious, the world’s leading producer of camel milk, will take centre stage at Gulfood 2026, unveiling new UAE consumer wellness insights alongside breakthrough product innovations that expand what camel milk can deliver at scale, locally, regionally and globally.
At the heart of Camelicious’ Gulfood presence is a new set of consumer insights developed in collaboration with YouGov, offering a closer look at how people living in the UAE think about wellness, how this translates into everyday consumption habits, and what it means for the future of food and beverage innovation in the region. The research highlights both the growing focus on health and functionality, and the gap that often exists between intention and daily action.
The findings will be officially unveiled to media and industry during a dedicated panel session on Tuesday, 27 January at 4:00 PM, titled “Unveiling UAE’s Wellness Blueprint – Insights Shaping the Future of F&B.” The panel will feature Camelicious’ Acting CEO and Technical Director alongside industry voices from public health, nutrition and food innovation, positioning Camelicious at the forefront of the regional wellness conversation.
Alongside thought leadership, Camelicious will use Gulfood 2026 to showcase how consumer insights are being translated into tangible innovation across both consumer and B2B channels.
Camelicious will introduce its camel milk powder at the show, launching it as a premium functional food ingredient for B2B customers. Designed for food and beverage manufacturers, the ingredient enables the incorporation of camel milk’s nutritional benefits into a wide range of health-focused applications, supporting innovation at scale beyond traditional consumption formats.
In parallel, Camelicious will preview its upcoming 1-liter UHT camel milk, developed over years of R&D and processing innovation and scheduled for launch later this year. With no preservatives, a clean label and a shelf life of up to nine months, the product is designed to reduce cold-chain dependency and expand access to camel milk in all global markets. The range will also be available in 180 ml flavored formats, broadening its appeal across consumer segments.
Camelicious will be present throughout Gulfood at its stand, engaging with partners, stakeholders and media around its latest insights, innovations and future-facing initiatives.
In addition, Camelicious will launch its Farm Tours at Gulfood 2026, offering UAE residents and visitors a rare opportunity to experience the world’s largest camel farm firsthand and discover camel milk innovation at its source, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to provenance, transparency and education.
“Consumers are clear about what they want from food today, simplicity, real health benefits & values,” said Hesham Yehia, Acting CEO of Camelicious. “By combining deep consumer understanding with breakthrough innovation, we’re expanding what’s possible for camel milk, both as a product and as an ingredient, in the region and beyond.”
Gulfood provides a pivotal platform for this conversation, bringing together global food and beverage leaders at a time when authentic consumer understanding is increasingly being translated into industry action, shaping the future of food and beverage innovation.
