Serving daily from 7 am to 11pm, Sea Salt offers a la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dishes are created with a combination of both international and locally produced organic ingredients; including the freshest catch and seasonal lobster sourced from Mirbat port, in support of the community and the environment.
Our Signature Dishes Include
Fish Otak Otak- The fish Otak Otak is a plate of vibrant flavours, marinated with lemon grass, lime, Thai red chilli, peanut oil, soy sauce, coriander stem chop, garlic and ginger, gently wrapped and steamed in banana leaves and served with jasmine rice. The dish is presented as a masterpiece of culinary creativity.
Singapore Chilli Lobster- Perfect for an evening of gastronomic indulgence, a dish made for the seafood critics. The lobster is evenly coated with chilli sambal, shallots, black bean lee kum kee and lemon grass, gently tossed in a wok for five minutes to create a wonderful aroma of taste, sprinkled with Thai basil, spring onion, chilli and coriander to finish.
Regag Bread- made with locally produced cream, egg and dates honey. Prepared with whole green moonag dal, raw rice and fenugreek seeds, soaked overnight and lightly simmered until golden brown, the bread is topped with a layer of fine date chocolate and sliced banana served with berries and dates honey for the perfect breakfast dish.
