A Legacy Passed Down Through Generations
Both Elie Bchara and Daoud Haddad have inherited their culinary talents from their families.
Elie Bchara took on the legacy of his father when he began making the famous RIMonade in Batroun. His father started the lemonade business back in 1935, and Elie has continued his father’s legacy, now leading the charge with his world-famous RIMonade.Similarly, Daoud Haddad continues the family tradition at Furn Abou Daoud, which was founded by his father in Jdeideh. Daoud, now at the helm, has expanded his father’s legacy and brought his innovative approach to manakish and he serves it with generational passion.
