Food 101 is the newest place on Bliss street. At a walking distance from AUB, this American Style Restaurant offers Live Stations of Pasta, Salads, Pizza, Sandwiches (Hot & Cold), Soups & Coffee Bar for the hungry students. They start with daily breakfast specials throughout the day...
Talking to the owner of Food 101, I learn that this idea is popular in the US. When she came back to Lebanon, she thought why not open a place for the students that offers a variety of good food at any time of the day... as students have class hours at different time... so lunch time is not always at 1 or 2pm.
I didn't try the food yet, but will do so very soon and report back to you. But I can say that the portions look rich and the food looks appealingly fresh. Enjoy the pictures meanwhile.
