Marvelous, to say the least, the restaurant is marvelous! High-end and classy, even though located on the harbor, LOS - for Lobster, Oyster, and Sushi- doesn’t look like a restaurant for tourists. A gallery on the first floor, a bar, and open kitchen on the ground floor with a terrace oozing jazz and positive tunes. I felt transported...

Walking on the bay, we stopped at LOS. Professionally managed and handled by well-trained waiters, we were seated and approached for the order. I loved the table, the bench, the table setup, table napkins, cutlery, flower pot and large-sized menu with a load of seafood choices. Salads, seafood appetizers, pasta plates. Lobster, burgers, and other dishes.

The lobster burger caught my attention, the lobster spaghetti, the selection of sushi, including the langoustine sashimi. Music, wonderful music, I was transported...

Inside, the decor is marvelous! A bar decorated with a hundred lamps pending from the ceiling, a communal table made of thick wood, a wine bar, and open kitchen. Check the photos and enjoy the colors.

Lovely details of perfection: Sushi chopsticks are opened, chopsticks holder arrived. Symi shrimp to start, the same quality and flavor we had this morning at Paradise restaurant. A crunchy envelop and tender heart; the signature and famous Symi shrimp.

Sushi is special and different; no mayonnaise, non-chewy rice, premium seafood, colorful and tasty. Sushi at LOS doesn’t look and taste like any I’ve had before. I loved them! Classy and full of taste.

The lobster burger is, in fact, a “Lobster Roll” -again different than any other I’ve had- made of lobster chunks mixed in mayonnaise and stuffed in a tender sandwich. Spaghetti and linguini plates are from another planet, probably better than many I’ve had in Italy. I can safely say that the food at LOS is gourmet, the highest and most upscale at the bay.

Not touristic, gourmet, upscale and full of taste, dinner at LOS is much more than the culinary experience itself, it’s a journey that starts from the minute you walk in, to the minute you leave. Recommended is the verdict!
