The food, service and overall look of this classic American restaurant is simply unacceptable.

I will go straight to the point, and unfortunately this time be very negative stating facts as they happened. - The cheese in the burger we ordered came cold, while the bread was very old and disgusting.  It even crunched like a brioche. - The salad is cut in big pieces and was hard to swallow; also the meet was overcooked, even though we had asked it to be cooked medium. - The potato was also cold and non crispy; it was obviously undercooked. - The chicken quesadilla had very small pieces of chicken with too much onion. - The waiter is a novice, and removed dishes before we were finished with our meals. He didn’t know the menu and didn’t know there were no alcoholic drinks allowed inside. There was, however, a separate alcoholic menu.

Stepping into Fuddruckers was like stepping into Saudi Arabia. Chicken Wings are not tasty at all. Also, the ambiance wasn’t pleasant, as the lighting was inappropriately dark for day time.  Also, the bathrooms are not up to par.  They were very, very dirty and unacceptable. For desert, we ordered the Cheese Cake, and it wasn’t fresh and very spongy; it must have been cooked the night before.

I might accept all of the above, but the Chocolate Volcano really struck my nerve.  It was cold and spongy, and it wasn’t melted on the inside and the ice cream was disgusting.  It's a failure copy of the famous Chili’s desert.

Lastly, it was too expensive at a whopping $35 per person for nothing. Check out my other review on Fuddruckers
