Mochi ice cream is the rice dough wrapping an indulgent ice cream. The dough is made of rice flour, sugar, corn powder and water warmed and mixed to form a smooth dough.


Mochi is a Japanese rice cake made by pounding glutinous rice into a paste and molding it into shapes which can be eaten right away or cured and dried for later use.
