New York's Sushi Burger is a Must Try!

I came here for the sushi burger. Yes that special sushi burger which made it all over social media.

RedEye Grill is an upscale diner. Under a high ceiling is what can be described as an a kind of an American kind of brasserie, with its warm tones, decorative paintings, leather sofas and a middle bar. RedEye is a restaurant that serves seafood specialities in a cozy ambiance. I was eager to try the sushi burger.

The sushi burger is to die for. What an imagination to have come up with this idea. Just look at how beautiful it looks.

What's supposed to be bread bun is made entirely of well cooked rice embracing the rich and fresh ingredients - nori leaf, spicy mayonnaise, thinly sliced radishes, sliced cucumbers, mini noodles and tuna cubes... I can still taste it today.

I'm not sure if I can describe the feeling. It is to die for - the spiciness, the rice, the fresh taste of the fish, the many ingredients put together, makes this sushi burger a world's unique creation.

I'll remember the sushi burger for long.
