A Food Bank to Fight Hunger this Christmas

What comes to your mind when you think about Christmas?

Help is needed on the 19th of December.

Joy, lights, gifts under the tree, Christmas songs and of course... A delicious dinner. But what if, for one minute, you were to consider a different type of Christmas, where Santa is not able to visit kids, the dining table is empty and Christmas songs have stopped playing... Sadly, this is what a lot of people live every year. However, a small gesture can make a big difference.

In fact, for the 18th consecutive year, the group “Saint Antoine de Padoue” Horch Tabet is launching its Food Bank, which will take place on the 19th of December 2015. This campaign aims at gathering sufficient food for a whole year to more than 400 families in need.

During this day, the Guides and Scouts from “Saint Antoine de Padoue” will be stationed at more than 40 supermarkets across Lebanon. You can help by buying one or more non-perishable foodstuffs (powdered milk, oil, grains, rice, pasta, cans...) and adding them to our cart.

Help us fight hunger this Christmas!
