It's one of those breakfasts I'll be remembering for a long time. I can safely say that that the Radisson Blu Hotel in Kuwait understands the art of dining and what people expect to enjoy on an early morning. Beautifully set, the places oozes with freshness and cleanliness. A great impression in the morning.
You're welcomed with a big smile into the restaurant boasting wide glass facades that invites fresh morning rays. The staff is so professional you feel you're walking into a place where your well-being is the only thing that matters here.
Tables are well presented with a complete set of cutlery, a ceramic coffee cup and a milk jar in the middle of the table.
Start counting the choices of food available. In addition to an endless choice of breakfast items, an open kitchen also prepares everything in front of your eyes: see how your eggs are being prepared and enjoy the live making of those fresh croissants and delicious manakish. I was happily impressed.
A huge variety of cheeses, salmon and a Mezze table, salads, a dozen hot meals, bottles of milk and orange, fresh fruits and much more. The table of cereals, dried fruits and nuts are to die for; I dream of something like this every time I travel. The cheeses are so good. Fruits cut in cubes are fresh and neat. The cheese croissant with shredded cheese on top and so on...
Words are not enough to describe the beauty of this buffet. I was astonished by the details and believe me, I've had breakfasts at many hotels and I didn't expect such amazement from a Radisson, more so I didn't expect it in Kuwait... I didn't want to leave.
Serving bowls for cereals are different than the ones for fruits, plates are white with designed borders, eggs presented in a frying pan next to red tomatoes, kitchen is covered with reflective white tiles, bread is crunchy and ready to be cut, chefs work with happiness without faking it... And so much more.
I tried the cheese, enjoyed a superb bowl of cereal, some fruits and bread. I left happy with a smile.
