Can you think of McDonald's as a high-end restaurant? Maybe for just one day - when McDonald's Japan will open a one-day fancy pop-up restaurant called "Restaurant M".
On July 27 "Restaurant M" will open in Tokyo to highlight the brand's new burger line. The company will offer ten sit-down sessions that host 20 people, selected through McDonald's Japanese website.
The meal comes complete with iced tea in wine glasses, cloth napkins and white tablecloths.
The company describes the event as a “fresh take on McDonald’s ingredients with a gourmet meal made by renowned chef Masayo Waki.”
