So many of us still yearn for flavors that are deeply rooted in our childhood, ones that are connected to treasured memories delicately built with family and loved ones, amidst settings that are equally special. The name Ayamna is born from this very feeling. Ayamna is a destination that invites us to revive our priceless memories and to feed our passion for authentic Lebanese delicacies, served within intimate settings surrounded by family and loved ones.

Presenting a wide variety of delicate Lebanese dishes using the freshest and finest ingredients, Chef Ali El bourji and his team deliver Lebanese cuisine reimagined.

In any Lebanese home, eating together and sharing plates of food is part of everyday’s life, this remarkable dish is no different. Savor a mix of lamb brochette, kofta, shish taouk, arayes and lamb chops served with biwas salad, grilled vegetables, and Lebanese chilli bread.

Made from fresh apricot nectar and a tender texture of white cream topped with sprinkles of pistachios and almonds. This dessert is not to be missed!

One of Chef Ali’s signature dishes, this unique recipe is made of deep fried marinated zaatar prawns wrapped with kunafa dough with a tahini sauce on the side.
