On Sunday, April 5, families and friends can gather for a warm and welcoming afternoon, enjoying Bull & Bear’s signature traditional Sunday roast, crafted with care to capture the comforting flavours of this timeless British classic. Menu highlights include dry-aged beef striploin with the signature Yorkshire pudding, roast maize-fed chicken with date, sage and onion stuffing, and a 24-hour cooked shoulder of lamb, perfect for sharing. Starters feature seasonal favorites such as wild mushroom soup, tuna tartare, and Wagyu beef tartare, while signature mains include lobster risotto, grilled Norwegian salmon, and Lions Mane mushroom steak. Desserts round off the feast with sticky toffee pudding, baked New York cheesecake, and a vegan exotic vacherin, complemented by feasting accompaniments served to the table, including roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and cauliflower cheese.
