We know that pizza cupcakes became a trend, now there's a new cupcake cooking in Japan...
Tucked inside edible dried seaweed cupcake wrappers, sushi cupcakes are the latest trend coming out of Japan and the bite-size balls.
Place a piece of fish or any topping on a sheet of plastic wrap, add a dab of wasabi, then drop a ball of sushi rice on top by using a small ice cream scoop. Wrap the sushi up to form it into the shape of a ball, unwrap and place in in a nori cup.
